WHAT IS LOVE & RELATIONSHIP ALIGNMENT & WHAT HAPPENS IN A SESSION (AVAILABLE FACE TO FACE AND ONLINE)
Intimacy and relationships can bring our core childhood wounds of insecure attachment and distrust to the surface as well as unresolved issues with our most important caretakers when we were young: our parents. Within your partnership you may struggle with sexual intimacy issues, a conflict of needs and expectations or external stress factors such as financial, health or family issues.
A Love & Relationship Alignment supports you individually as a single or as a couple to transform and breakthrough relationship difficulties and areas of conflict in order to understand yourself and/or your partner better. Each session is tailor made combining various modalities depending on your needs and intentions to get to the core of the issue that you (and your partner) desire to resolve.
You will be therapeutically guided through Life Alignment™ and other healing and relationship building techniques such as Non Violent Communication, Socratic Dialogue, healing touch, forgiveness, conflict resolution and commitment practices. Life Alignment™ is an advanced healing method that helps us to identify and openly communicate unexpressed feelings and motivations, what your unique priorities are for healing and underlying root causes that create repeating issues of disconnection.
We will move beyond mere talking and focus on somatically feeling and releasing stuck emotions and past trauma in the body. I will support you to change behavior patterns and create solutions together. There is a safe space for you to self reflect and move beyond blame. Finally you will be supported to apply the above mentioned tools and use them as take-away home skills to rebuild connection, understanding and trust with yourself and/or with one another.
