Indri
Indri Hapsari is originally from Jakarta, Indonesia and has been established in Bali since 2011. She practices Reiki, Breathwork, Aquatic Bodywork and Hypnotherapy, and she works closely with people seeking relief from anxiety and stress, looking to reconnect with their inner selves in their journey of self-discovery, parents and expecting parents, and those recovering from substance abuse, helping them build confidence and self-esteem.
Indri was introduced to the holistic world when she was traveling, and she attended her first Vippassana meditation retreat in 2010. She first encountered Alchemy of Breath Breathwork when she was working at a Raw Food and Detox Retreat in 2013 and has healed her first birth experience through conscious breathing, which together with prenatal yoga also helped her accomplish a mindful lotus birth with her second child.
Indri specializes in conscious connected breathing, energy work, hypnotherapy and somatic movement and how these affect all facets of daily living. Her main strength as a practitioner is her devotion to be fully present and to create a sacred space for her clients to explore, expand, release and transform.
TESTIMONIAL
“I experienced Indri's breathwork meditation at Bali Holistic Retreat & it was a truly transformative experience. For a while it seemed that a shift would not occur but then some unusual sensations began in my body as I felt my energy shifting. I felt myself lift gently from my body & right at my heart chakra a great release of trauma & grief that had been weighing me down after a a relationship breakdown & the death of my father. This method seems to reach into your soul & release whatever needs to be let go. It was incredibly emotional & freeing. I am so grateful to Indri for the experience. If you have opportunity to work with Indri don't hesitate.”

“The Breath work session was amazing! I had several breath work sessions before and also some negative experiences in the past - Indri totally blew that away: she created a very comforting space during our session, so that I was able to let go and be totally present with my breath and her guidance. The combination of her voice, the music and the atmosphere she created was something I never experienced before with a coach. She has this incredible gift to guide you with empathy and intuition to re-connect to yourself. To your source. To open up to what wants to be seen - and let go what doesn’t serve you anymore.
Thank you so much for this session, it created a transformation on physical and mental level. What a gift to experience for yourself and with Indri’s magical healing guidance."

"I felt conscious and unconscious at the beginning. Then hot and cold at the same time. Then suddenly a spasm!!! I was a bit shocked and scared, never happened before.
Then tension in my stomach. I started to travel back to my childhood and cry.
Cry and cry. It’s kinda hard to keep breathing while crying.
During the last session, while I was hugging myself came up these feelings of unwanted, undesired. Then I remembered that I have no memory of being hugged and caressed by my father when I was a little girl.
Such a relief and pain at the same time.
I guess I never allowed myself to feel all of those!
Thank you is not enough to tell how I’m grateful to breathe with you."

"Thank you, Indri, for guiding me through my first breathwork reiki session with so much warmth and good energy!
I did not know what to expect. Indri made me feel very welcome and safe. The reason why I came was that I was suffering from serious lower back pain and I was hoping to find relief. The session with Indri helped me to unblock and let go of a lot of tension and pain stuck in my body, especially in my lower back. Right after the session I felt so much lighter.
The day after the session, majority of my back pain was gone and my range of motion was so much better. I can highly recommend the breathwork reiki session with Indri for anyone who is looking for a natural way of healing!"
